RGS can manage the international and local logistics services including Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, Trucking, Assembly, Installation & Removal of all product.

We have a global team of experienced FF&E Project Managers available to embed within your organisation to work with you to deliver a seamless project.

Case Study: Rio 2016
RGS Events was engaged as a Sponsor, Lead Supplier and Project Manager for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) at the Rio 2016 Olympic & Paralympic Games. We provided over 600 x 40' Containers of FF&E for the event including 120,000+ Steel Barriers, 75,000 Folding Chairs, 20,000 Beds/Wardrobes/Bedside Tables amongst 250+ SKU's.
We also embedded a Project Management team within the Organising Committee to help manage the Athlete's Village and Press VIllage Bump In and Out operations.

What is FF&E
FF&E stands for "Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment." It's a catch-all term that refers to anything that isn't a permanent part of a building or venue, and it covers everything from sofas and chairs to light fixtures and window treatments.
A way that we like to explain it, is imagine if you took a sports stadium and tipped it upside down, everything that falls out we put in.
